3. Service and prices
ascend LLM provides business software and managed services for AI visibility analytics: monitoring and improving how brands appear in AI assistants, AI search engines and AI-generated answers.
Paid use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service and by any applicable Order. Current self-service prices are published on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added where required. The Service is delivered digitally and there are no delivery or shipping charges.
4. Intellectual property
The website, the Service, its software, design, text, graphics, trade marks and other content are owned by Serendipity Int Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Accessing the website does not grant you any licence except as expressly set out in the Terms of Service.
5. Applicable terms
Our Terms of Service govern customer use of the Service, including governing law and jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Data Processing Addendum also apply.
Mandatory rights that cannot be limited by contract remain unaffected.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Service, contact us at hello@ascendllm.co.uk with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Nothing in this notice affects your right to bring a claim before the courts of England and Wales, or to complain to a competent regulator such as the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection matters.
